Sophie Deram is a nutritionist, agronomist, PhD from the University of São Paulo School of Medicine, and a researcher in eating behavior. Author of three books and creator of the Sophie® Method in nutritional therapy, she has trained over 800 health professionals and reaches thousands through talks, courses, and content.

Her work challenges the excesses of the wellness market and narratives that promote guilt, fear, and food restriction, translating science in a clear, critical, and accessible way. Sophie is active in public debates on health, food, and quality of life, supporting a more human and sustainable approach to caring for the body and food.
