Maira

Since 2020, she has served as CEO of INTELI – Institute of Technology and Leadership, a non-profit higher education institution founded by the partners of BTG. Previously, she served for two years as Vice President of Academic Affairs and Innovation at Ibmec.

She spent 18 years at Cia de Talentos Group, including seven years as CEO, leading recruitment, talent acquisition, and the management of trainee, internship, and leadership development programs for some of the largest companies in Latin America.

She is the co-founder of Bettha, an online career education platform, and co-author of the book Sua Carreira (Your Career), part of the Conta Corrente collection. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Banco Pan and on the Advisory Boards of Cia de Talentos, Recode, and the BTG Social Responsibility Committee.

She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from FAAP and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Mackenzie University. She also completed a specialization in Human Resources Management at FIA and an executive program in Leadership Management at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
