Executive with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Culture, ESG, Sustainability, and Social Impact. She leads the Claro Institute and Claro's ESG strategy in Brazil, driving initiatives that connect innovation, education, citizenship, and sustainable development. She is also responsible for Organizational Human Development, Culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, strengthening the people strategy and employee experience. A psychologist with an MBA in People Management from FGV and Ohio University, she has been with Claro for 25 years. She is a member of the European Academy of High Management and co-author of books on leadership.
From the first pitch to the research center: 15 years between Claro and the university driving impact on society
Social impact in technology is usually measured by the product that reaches the end user. There is another, earlier and less discussed one: what happens to those who create this technology. In 15 editions, Campus Mobile transformed ideas from students across Brazil into prototypes, awards and careers — and, for many, into their first international trip, presenting their own project in Silicon Valley. Now, a new research center with USP and Fapesp expands the bet: scholarships, researcher training and qualified employment while producing frontier science in AI and connectivity. Empowering those who invent is the first condition for technology to generate impact on anyone.
