Thaís Herzog is a key accounts executive at ESPM, an advertising professional, and a master's degree candidate in Creative Economy, Strategy and Innovation. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a postgraduate degree in Leadership and People Development, having built a career marked by pioneering spirit, entrepreneurship, and human development. She was one of the first women to board a Petrobras platform in the 1990s, worked at major companies, in e-commerce, and in business leadership. She is an IBMEC Alumni council member, a startup mentor for FAPERJ, and co-author of the book Women in Marketing II.
