Sheilla Castro is a two-time Olympic volleyball champion and one of the greatest players in Brazilian and world sports history. Her journey began at age 13 at Mackenzie and she quickly joined the Youth National Team. At 17, she started her professional career at Minas Tênis Clube. Over nearly three decades, she played for prestigious clubs in Brazil, Italy, Turkey, and the USA, establishing herself as one of the most respected athletes of her generation. In 2022, she ended her playing career with a tribute from Minas, crowned by scoring the final point of the match.
