Sandra Vaz is President of Red Hat Brazil, responsible for leading the company's growth and strategic expansion in the country. Previously, she was Vice President of Partners Ecosystem for Latin America, strengthening Red Hat's partner ecosystem in the region. With extensive experience in the technology sector, she has worked at companies such as SAP, Oracle, Bull, and Cobra Computadores, and has also led startups in Brazil. She holds a degree in Systems Analysis from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, an MBA in International Business from the University of Toronto, and is a Master Coach and Psychoanalyst. She believes that high business performance happens through people's enthusiasm and connection.
