Paulo Humaitá has been practicing innovation for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has worked in startup incubators, large national companies, multinationals, and various technology and impact businesses. He is the founder of Bluefields, where he has led over 30 acceleration and innovation programs, impacting around 300 startups and 50 large companies. An economist graduated from the State University of Londrina (UEL), with specializations in Strategy from PUC-PR and Chicago Booth, as well as a master's degree in New Business Development from Mackenzie University.
