The difference between teams that just work and those that actually deliver results lies in the choices they make every day. Prioritizing, selecting the most important points and focusing, eliminating distractions, are not just productivity issues: they are leadership decisions. In this Lab, we will discuss why leading is not about doing more, it's about deciding where it's worth investing time, energy and attention. Because good management is the ability to choose the priorities that demand immediate leadership action and to have the courage to delegate tasks to team members, so that everyone can work collaboratively and simultaneously, in synergy. Each person has their role and everyone is essential. At all times, the leader must manage priorities and distribute tasks, encouraging everyone to work in synergy.
