Patricia Macedo is João's mother, married to Alvaro and passionate about transformations. 30 years in Marketing, working as CMO and Head of Business in companies such as Diageo, Reckitt, Sanofi and Kimberly-Clark. Experience in multiple markets: consumer goods, pharmaceutical (RX & OTC), retail and services. Graduated from ESPM, with an MBA in Behavioral Economics (FGV, ongoing) and Governance from IBGC. Board member of NGO Vocação. Founder of UnlockX, with strategy projects for various industries. Currently CMO leading Marketing, RGM and Trade at Suzano (UNBC), with brands such as Neve, Mimmo, Max and Scala.
