Nelson Hervey Costa
Economist from Mackenzie University and specialist in Social Projects and Public Policies from Senac. Has over 20 years of experience in management and public policies in municipal, state, federal, and third sector levels. Served as Administrative Superintendent of the Brazilian Paralympic Committee, Executive Secretary of the Secretariat for Micro and Small Enterprises of the Presidency, and Deputy Secretary of Employment of São Paulo State. Chaired CEPAM Foundation, coordinated the administration of Centro Paula Souza, and served as Secretary of Labor and Government of São Paulo city. At Sebrae-SP, managed the Public Policy and Institutional Relations Unit, and is currently Executive Director.
