Natalia Cunha is a psychologist and the current Director of the Museum of Favelas. She has nearly 15 years of experience in cultural policy management, having worked with the Secretariat of Culture, Creative Economy, and Creative Industries; the São Paulo Municipal Secretariat of Culture; and Poiesis. She has served as chair of committees for ProAC, PROMAC, and other award programs. She is a consultant and speaker on cultural management and accessibility, a path inspired by her experience with her autistic son.

Beyond - Cities Reimagined

The growth of home-based entrepreneurship, digital informal work, and neighborhood and periphery microeconomies reveals new forms of production and income that challenge regulations, infrastructure, and urban planning. How does the home cease to be merely a space of consumption and also become a productive space? We will raise discussions about formalization, inequality of access, economic security, and the role of cities in supporting (or limiting) these initiatives.
