Summit ESPM - From Brazil to the World: Was Your Business Born to be Born Global?
Every Brazilian brand dreams of crossing borders — but going global starts long before opening the first operation abroad. Expanding requires more than translating the menu or copying the business model: it's necessary to decipher new consumers, adapt strategies, build reputation, and navigate cultural and regulatory environments that don't forgive amateurism. The Born Global concept shows that it's possible to think internationally from day one. In this session, internationalization specialists share learnings from those who have already helped Brazilian brands exchange "made in Brazil" for "made for the world": how to identify promising markets and transform local traits into competitive advantages.
