Mórris Litvak
Morris Litvak is founder and CEO of Maturi, Brazil's leading platform for professionals 50+. A Software Engineer from FIAP in São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in Social Innovation Management from Amani Institute, he is a social entrepreneur dedicated to promoting age diversity in companies. Inspired by his grandmother's story, he began studying aging and longevity, creating Maturi to connect experienced professionals with innovative companies. Morris is also a columnist for Fast Company Brasil and teaches in postgraduate gerontology courses at Albert Einstein and Sírio Libanês Hospitals, and in the Diversity course at ABERJE's Business School.
