The Value of Non-Productive Time: The Pause Beyond Strategy
In a context driven by metrics and efficiency, 'unproductive' time seems like a luxury or a failure. However, experts have been reclaiming the role of creative idleness, silence, and pause as fertile territories for imagination and symbolic elaboration. This panel proposes a reflection on how the logic of constant optimization can reduce creative power, and why preserving spaces of non-production can strengthen strategic vision and innovation. Entrepreneurship, in this sense, also means knowing how to protect time that does not generate immediate results, but sustains possible futures.
