Michelle França Fabiani
Medical Director at Roche Farma Brasil, Michelle began her career as an endocrinologist at the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP. She entered the pharmaceutical industry in 2004 at Roche. The executive has held various positions within the Brazilian affiliate and, in recent years, led the structuring of teams and the creation of new operating models with clients during the company's transformation journey. In October 2021, Michelle assumed the medical leadership of Roche Farma Brasil, with the challenge of building value initiatives in the healthcare environment to ensure that the ambition of leaving no patient behind becomes an increasing reality for Brazilians.
