Marilia Rocca
Marília Rocca is the CEO of Funcional Health Tech, a company specializing in integrated healthcare solutions, with a focus on pharmacy benefit management and medication access programs powered by technology and data analytics. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Tenda, a leading affordable housing developer, and Allos, the largest shopping mall operator in Latin America.
Marília has held executive leadership positions across a wide range of industries, including serving as CEO of Hinode and Ticket, as well as Vice President at TOTVS. She was also a Managing Partner at Mãe Terra, a company acquired by Unilever in 2017.
In the nonprofit sector, she co-founded and served as Executive Director of Endeavor Brazil and Fundação Brava. She has more than 20 years of experience serving on the boards of organizations such as Santander Brasil, TOTVS, IBMEC, CVC, Inspirali, among others.
Marília holds a degree from FGV EAESP, an MBA from Columbia University, has been a Henry Crown Fellow since 2006, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Endeavor Brazil.
