Designer with a postgraduate degree in Psychology, Mari Marcílio built her career across innovation, education, and human behavior. She co-founded Pluvi.On, a startup accelerated by Google for Startups and awarded by the UN. She was also part of the founding team at 42 São Paulo, responsible for bringing to Brazil the French methodology of one of the world's most innovative software engineering schools, leading brand, communication, and culture initiatives. Today, she uses creativity as a method to help people and organizations navigate complexity and build new possibilities at I Don't Know Labs.
