I am a journalist, researcher, and strategist working at the intersection of Environmental Humanities, Cultural Insights, Futures Studies, Reframing, and Narrative Change. I develop projects that explore social transformations, behaviors, and possible futures, connecting research, storytelling, and narrative-building to generate positive socio-environmental impact. I am also a co-founder of ALAF (Latin Futures Association).

Everyone knows how to say what they don't want for the future of work: endless workdays, burnout, overloaded leaders, AI replacing autonomy, and a lifetime available for work. But what about the opposite? Can you describe the future you actually want? In this experience, we'll use the lenses of Radical Reimagination to create, in just a few minutes, a prototype of a future of work worth building. Because there's a simple rule: if we can't imagine the finished house, no one can stand the construction.
