Marcos Lutz
Marcos Marinho Lutz has been Chairman of the Board of Ultra Group companies since April 2025. He also serves on the Boards of Itaú Unibanco and Corteva Agriscience. He was CEO of Cosan SA from April 2009 to March 2020 and served as Executive Director of Infrastructure and Energy at CSN from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Ultracargo S.A., Ultra Group's logistics affiliate. He also served on the Boards of Comgás, Rumo, Raízen, Cosan S.A, Cosan Limited, Votorantim S.A., MRS Logística, CFN and Ita Energética. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a degree in Naval Engineering from Escola Politécnica
