Marcos de Toledo Leite

Co-founder and Managing Partner at Canary

Marcos began his career at J.P. Morgan and, in 2005, helped establish M Square and Velt, two São Paulo-based hedge fund management firms. After 11 years, he left to co-found Canary alongside other technology entrepreneurs. Canary is a venture capital fund focused on Latin America.

He holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP) and a Master's degree in Economics from Insper.
