Marcelo Henrique de Assis is the Executive Secretary of the Department of Culture, Creative Economy and Industries of the State of São Paulo and holds a master's degree in Information Science from USP. With over a decade in public administration, he works on policy formulation connecting culture, creative economy, territorial development and investment attraction.
