Manuella González
Manuella González is the founder of Human Up, a consultancy specializing in organizational culture, management, and performance. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in designing and implementing management models, cultural transformation, and leadership development. She previously served as Head of People at Alice Saúde and led cultural transformation initiatives at Ambev. She is also a professor at Conquer Business School and Escola Koru. She holds a degree in Engineering from UFRJ and has completed executive education programs at institutions including Stanford and Harvard Business School.
