Luis Sobral (48 years old, from São Paulo, father of Julia and Luiza) is an administrator with experience in nonprofit organizations and in the public and private sectors in education and culture. He was university pro-rector, superintendent of Sebrae-SP, president of FDE-SP, executive director of APAA, president of ABRAOSC, deputy and interim Secretary of Culture of SP, in addition to founding and chairing the Creative Industry Council of FIESP. Entrepreneur and CEO of FAAP, he is vice-president of FIESP's Education Council and chairs the Board of Directors of MIS and Amigos da Arte.
