Biomedical scientist, science communicator and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Olá, Ciência!, one of the largest science education channels in Brazil, reaching 7 million people monthly. His experience includes work in public health, epidemiology and risk communication, expertise that intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he reached 20 million people per month fighting misinformation. Lucas also works as a consultant in science communication and social media brand-building strategies, speaker and YouTube partner. His mission is to awaken people to scientific knowledge so they can make more conscious decisions about health, behavior and well-being.
