Holding a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Campinas and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from FGV, Lucas Infante built his professional career managing large operations, with stints at Ultragaz and Carrefour in Spain. From a young age, he developed a concern about food waste and the social, economic, and environmental impacts generated by this problem. In 2021, he founded Food To Save, a startup that connects consumers to establishments with production surpluses, helping to reduce food waste in Brazil. He was elected Entrepreneur of the Year by EY and recognized among LinkedIn's Top 50 Creators in the Food Industry & Food Tech category.
