How Digital Innovation and AI Are Redefining Inclusion and Sustainable Development
This panel challenges the utilitarian view that digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence exist solely to improve corporate efficiency and maximize profits. Through the lens of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the WSA ecosystem, the discussion repositions technology and AI as tools for social empowerment, algorithmic justice, and the enhancement of human creativity. The central focus is to explore how we can move beyond the mere "digitalization of bureaucracy" toward meaningful innovation capable of addressing Brazil's long-standing challenges—such as hunger, productive exclusion, and educational gaps—without deepening existing inequalities.
