Although women represent the majority of fashion consumption, they still occupy a reduced portion of the main leadership positions in the sector. In this panel, Mayari Jubini, founder and creative director of Artemisi Gallery, Luanda Vieira, writer and journalist, Daniela Gontijo, General Manager of Louis Vuitton operations in South America, and Marília Marton, Secretary of State for Culture, Economy and Creative Industries of the State of São Paulo, talk with Jorge Grimberg about the challenges and opportunities of building internationally relevant brands from Brazil. Drawing from their trajectories, they share experiences about entrepreneurship, creativity and leadership, reflecting on female protagonism in building businesses and the paths to expand the presence of women in decision-making spaces of an industry in which they are the majority among consumers, but still a minority in leadership positions.
