As artificial intelligence tools come to support strategic decisions, customer service, recruitment and content production, debates about algorithmic biases, automated decision-making, authorship and social impacts also grow. This panel proposes to examine AI in light of ethics, discussing transparency, accountability and equity in the use of these technologies. In the field of entrepreneurship, the central question becomes strategic: which functions can, and should, be automated? And which need to preserve moral judgment and human sensitivity? To undertake, in this case, is to recognize that behind every algorithm there is a human choice, and that this choice has consequences.
