Letícia Menegon
Letícia Menegon has mentored over 200 startups—four of which secured multi-million investments, including Meu Anfitrião, PlantVerd, Faster, Bossabox, Pagô, Legal Family, Espaço Aéreo, and Novastreet. At the helm of BASE—an ESPM SP incubator and accelerator accredited by FAPESP—for 12 years, she has built a network of partnerships that is rare within the ecosystem, including the Founder Institute, Amazon, ADE Sampa, Pandero, Meddero, LeaderX, SBI, and UNIFESP. She is a professor at ESPM, holds a doctorate from FEA-USP, and is a recipient of the Santander Entrepreneurship Award, with experience at Babson College.
