Her background in the arts complements her pioneering work as a futurist (since 1996) and her leadership in implementing creative and collaborative economies as development strategies. She currently focuses on climate finance (ReFi) and carbon markets. She has worked across four continents, advising entrepreneurs, executives, governments, and the UN on the creation and implementation of innovation, entrepreneurship, and regeneration programs centered on the future and new economies. Company of 2050 – From Tax ID to Algorithmic Collective Consciousness
By 2050, the boundaries between organizations, markets and societies will be much more fluid. The traditional concept of "company" — a static structure of ownership and command — will have given way to value creation ecosystems. This keynote explores the definitive transition to models that combine technology with the human "coos": collaboration, coordination, cooperatives, co-creation. Where trust is based on relationships added to AI as a great organ of collective perception, compiling data and offering visualizations of flows. We will discuss the end of the "employment" era and the birth of the distributed contribution era, where intelligence acts as a fluid resource, orchestrated by coordinated collectives + AI agents and smart contracts that transcend national jurisdictions. We conclude this invitation for leaders and strategists to rethink the nature of business with the participation of artivist Maria Paula Fidalgo.
