Masters_Energy and High Performance Management
What does a manager need to know about how to create and sustain a high-performance company? Samba school drum corps, sports teams and high-performance management. At what point do these universes converge? We hope in this meeting to create simple analogies to explain complex concepts, experiences that can effectively help managers in their daily challenges. Among the topics covered are: which indicators should be used to increase your company's efficiency; or your drum corps formation, how to maintain constant focus on results (or output); how to make subordinates transform into members of highly productive teams, the importance of motivation and employee training.
