João Papa
Electrical Engineer and Education Specialist with extensive experience in public administration and environmental sanitation. In Santos (SP), he served as Secretary of Environment, Secretary of Planning, President of CET, Vice-Mayor for four years, and Mayor for eight years. At Sabesp, he worked as Superintendent of Baixada Santista and North Coast, and Director of Technology, Enterprises and Environment. As Federal Deputy for São Paulo, he stood out in defending sanitation and regional development, having chaired the Subcommittee on Environmental Sanitation of the Chamber of Deputies (2015-2018). Currently, he is Director of Institutional Relations at Sabesp.
