Jair Kaczinski
Jair Kaczinski, a zootechnician by training, is the technical manager at SENAR/SP, responsible for the areas of Rural Professional Training, Social Promotion, Technical and Management Assistance. With several specialization courses and MBAs completed at some of Brazil's leading educational institutions, he has built a solid career over more than 30 years dedicated to SENAR/SP, always focused on the development of rural people and the qualification of São Paulo's agriculture. In 2025, SENAR/SP conducted more than 15,000 training sessions, reaching over 280,000 participants. In the Technical and Management Assistance (ATeG) area, 105 new groups were started, serving more than 3,000 rural producers.
