Isabela Raposeiras is one of the main references in specialty coffee in Brazil and founder of Coffeelab. A pioneer in the sector, she started her journey in 2000 and won, in 2002, the first Brazilian Barista Championship, consolidating a career focused on professional training, consulting and development of the specialty coffee market in Brazil and abroad. Founder of coffeelab School and Coffeelab café, she became an influential voice in building the specialty coffee culture in the country, combining technical knowledge, innovation and business vision.
