Gustavo França, born in Salvador, BA, is an innovative leader in the technology field. He holds a degree in Computer Science from UNIFACS, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, and specializations in Computer Networks and Exponential Innovation. With additional training in Gen AI from MIT and Leadership from the Center of Creative Leadership, he is also a member of the Gartner Research Board. At Gerdau since 1999, Gustavo has held various strategic positions, including IT Manager and leader of the Silicon Valley office, where he drove startups and innovations. Over the past 5 years, he has led Gerdau's digital transformation as Global CIO & CDO.
