He holds a Master's degree in Administration and Governance from Fundação Álvares Penteado, is a Guest Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, and a Board Member at CIEDS. He works in coordinating companies, governments, and civil society organizations for the development of diversity, inclusion, and ESG strategies, focusing on building alliances and solutions for promoting racial justice and sustainable development.
