Guegue Medeiros

Fua do Guegue, a project created by percussionist, drummer and cultural producer Guegue Medeiros, celebrates 7 years in 2026. With a lineup of Salomao Soares, Lau Trajano, Danilo Moraes, Rafael Beibi, Dido Trajano, Olivio Filho and Guegue Medeiros, the group has established itself as a contemporary celebration of forro and northeastern rhythms. Fua do Guegue has released 2 original albums: "No pe da serra" and "O Baile" and in the last 2 years has intensified its original production with the release of singles featuring Jota.Pe, Vanessa Moreno and other artists. With one foot in the hills and their head in the world, the group continues bringing music, memory and joy to stages throughout Brazil.
