Graciela Selaimen is the founder of Instituto Toriba, an organization dedicated to expanding civic imagination through futures literacy methodologies and new narratives for social and environmental transformation across Latin America and the Caribbean. A journalist with a master's degree in Communication and Culture from UFRJ, she works at the intersection of technology, culture, and social justice.

Beginning

What worked in the past may not work in the future, and the models we learned to invest in are part of this equation. Technology, climate, and social transformations are redrawing the rules of the economic game, and what seems solid today may become obsolete faster than we imagine. This panel proposes an honest conversation about the need to review where, how, and why we invest, making room for emerging logics that place other variables at the center of value. More than ready-made answers, the invitation is to develop the ability to ask the right questions before the market asks them for us. Entrepreneurship, in this sense, is having the courage to question one's own models before they become traps.
