No technology is neutral. And artificial intelligence is perhaps the most urgent example of this. Among algorithmic biases, surveillance, work automation and data concentration, there is a growing need to examine AI not only as technological advancement, but as a force that redefines power, responsibility and citizenship. At the same time, the same technology can support inclusion, access to justice and more efficient policies.
