Flavio Pestana

Flavio Pestana holds a degree in civil engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, a postgraduate degree in finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and completed the OPM at Harvard Business School, the PGA at INSEAD/FDC, and the Executive Program at Singularity University. He worked for 30 years in the communications sector, having been superintendent director of Grupo Folha, founder and president of Valor Econômico, partner at CDN, and executive director of Grupo Estado. He is a certified board member by IBGC and served on the boards of UOL, CONAR, CENP, and ANJ. Since 2019, he has been a partner in Brazil for Odgers, a global strategic consulting firm in human capital.
