Shareholder Agreement: The Engineering Behind (Almost) Perfect Partnerships
(Exclusive access for Platinum and Enterprise credentials). Corporate marriages often fail for the same reason as personal ones: the lack of alignment in the fine print before the storm begins. If the product is the company's heart and growth is the engine, the Shareholders' Agreement is the brake system that prevents the business from rolling over on the curves of hypergrowth or crisis. This panel opens the "black box" of relationships between founders to debate the legal, financial and psychological engineering that sustains the most successful companies in the market. A definitive and unfiltered guide for those who want to build solid, profitable partnerships made to last.
