Felício Ramuth
Felicio Ramuth is a businessman and public administrator, holding a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Public Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He served as President of Urbam, Municipal Secretary of Transportation, and Mayor of São José dos Campos for two consecutive terms. During his tenure as mayor, he implemented innovation and digital transformation policies that contributed to the city’s recognition as the first Smart City in Brazil to receive certification from the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT). End of Cracolandia: After 30 Years, How Was It Possible?
For decades, the region known as Cracolândia symbolized the absence of the State in that territory, which through strategic actions integrating public policies resulted in the END OF CRACOLÂNDIA, a 30-year problem that had no solution. In this panel, vice-governor Felício Ramuth, coordinator of integrated actions by the State Government of São Paulo in the areas of public security and social development, will share all the work carried out over the last three years that resulted in the greatest legacy for the population of São Paulo.
