Clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, trained in Psychoanalysis of Parenthood and Perinatality at Instituto Gerar, and in Psychology and Ethnic-Racial Relations at Instituto Amma Psique e Negritude. She provides therapy for adults and children, teaches classes, conducts training sessions and lectures at schools, companies and events on topics including perinatality, psychology, racial relations and diversity. She is co-creator of the Introduction to Racial Literacy Course at Instituto Aripe, the Igbaya Project – Black Breastfeeding Support (@amamentacaonegra), and Black Breastfeeding Support Week. Additionally, she is co-author of Psy(co), a podcast about psychology and pop culture.
The Economy of Well-Being: Care as a Business Model
The appreciation of care and well-being practices has ceased to be a marginal trend to become an economic and cultural force. Amid the pressures of entrepreneurship — high performance, uncertainty and overload — care emerges not only as an individual demand, but as an organizational asset. This panel proposes to discuss how the wellness economy is reshaping markets, corporate cultures and leadership models, integrating mental health into the daily life of companies. Care thus becomes a strategy for human and business sustainability. Entrepreneurship, in this scenario, is realizing that the health of those who do is the health of what is done.
