Fausto Carvalho

Fausto Carvalho (43) is a comedian and former soccer player best known for his character "Jorginho"—a quintessential "Faria Limer" (a stereotype of the young, ambitious finance professional from São Paulo's financial district) famous for the catchphrase "O Beach Venceu" ("The Beach Won"). The character quickly won the hearts of Brazilians and, in particular, the Faria Lima business community.

With a 20-year history in comedy, Fausto also enjoyed a solid soccer career, having played for major clubs in the interior of São Paulo state. As an influencer and comedian, he spent a significant portion of his comedy career performing on cruise ships around the world.
