Enrico Capecci is a civil engineer with a Master's degree from POLI-USP and an MBA from FGV, and has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure and public concessions. He has worked at some of Brazil's leading civil construction companies on large-scale, highly complex projects. Currently, he is CEO of RZK Concessões, overseeing various PPP contracts in Brazil, consolidating his expertise in project management, contracts, and public infrastructure.
