Edson Lopes
Graduated in Engineering from École Centrale Paris and the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Edson Lopes is CEO of FlixBus in Brazil, a global leader in road transportation, present in 43 countries and operating in Brazil since 2021. He is also a member of the Presidential Council for Sustainable Economic and Social Development ("Conselhão"), an angel investor, and startup advisor. Before FlixBus, he led teams in Uber's expansion in Brazil, served as Operations Director at OYO, worked as a consultant at BCG, and acted in the financial sector. During his undergraduate studies, he received national and international awards in Mathematics competitions.
