Graduated in journalism from PUC-Rio, postgraduate degree in ESG: Management and Investments. I also have a specialization in content creation for business models.
I have worked as a reporter for TV Globo since 2013. Covered two Olympics and one World Cup. Creator of 3 series: Olympics, a struggle (Globo Esporte), Crias do RJ (RJTV) and Diego SAN (Esporte Espetacular). Additionally, I am one of the founders of the Ubuntu Esporte Clube podcast.
As a professional athlete, I was part of the Brazilian Karate Team for five years. I was Brazilian champion, South American and Pan American medalist, and top 10 at the World Championship in Dubai (2021).
Ubuntu and the New Logic of Entrepreneurship
This panel invites the public to rethink entrepreneurship from the perspective of interdependence. Inspired by the African philosophy of Ubuntu, the panel proposes shifting the focus from the individual to the community, understanding innovation as collective construction and value as the result of relationships. By questioning the competitive model centered on the "I", we will discuss collaboration, co-responsibility and shared impact. Entrepreneurship, from this perspective, is about strengthening networks, because no success is truly solitary.
