Social entrepreneur and founder of the hub 'From Silence to Silicon,' an initiative whose mission is to bring Black entrepreneurs to the world's leading technology stages and has taken over 20 Black entrepreneurs to Silicon Valley. With more than 13 years of experience in technology, innovation, social impact, and diversity sectors. As a researcher, she studies the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on Black communities in Latin America, and as a speaker, she addresses technology, AI, and social justice with a critical and inclusive perspective. Her trajectory has been recognized by awards such as MIT Tech Review - Innovators Under 35, Forbes Under 30.
From Silence to Silicon
From Silence to Silicon proposes a reflection on inclusion, technology and social mobility based on the idea of transforming invisibility into protagonism. Inspired by the concept created by Danielle Marques, the panel discusses how to expand access to knowledge, networks and capital so that historically vulnerable people can occupy spaces of innovation and high performance, such as global technology ecosystems. More than training talent, it is about creating structural bridges between potential and opportunity. The debate invites us to think of technology not only as a market, but as a tool for emancipation and equity. Entrepreneurship, in this sense, means ensuring that the door through which you entered remains open.
