Daniel Saad

Daniel Saad is a partner at NODAL and has spent over 20 years designing and leading strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation processes. Throughout his career, he has accumulated more than 10,000 hours conducting and facilitating workshops, working alongside over 1,000 executives in more than 100 organizations, supporting leaders in building strategies, transformation agendas, and new management models. He has also worked on developing the Brazilian innovation ecosystem, coordinated FIAP's MBA in Business Innovation for five years, and serves as an advisor to the education startup Sirius. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP, with further studies in Production
