For many women, the business plan is not born from a childhood dream, but from a post-maternity leave dismissal or from the impossibility of reconciling rigid schedules with raising children. This session explores the abyss between entrepreneurship by choice and entrepreneurship by lack of options, focusing on those who saw in their own business the only way to recover their professional dignity and provide for their families. We will debate how the traditional job market still punishes female biology and how these women are transforming the trauma of exclusion into micro and small-scale engines. The focus is practical: how to validate a business under financial pressure, how to professionalize the "turnaround" and in what way previous corporate experience can be the greatest asset so that this new business registration is not just a temporary alternative, but a trajectory of sovereignty and profit.
